Squid tartare with caviar, dried mullet roe and sea urchin

Chicken and avocado with wasabi and soy sauce

Chawanmushi with salmon roe

・Thigh tataki covered in green onions or 3 kinds of chicken sashimi

・Charcoal grilled Kagura chicken thigh
