Kitashinchi Toritaku Ren purchases Miyazaki local chickens that are produced in limited quantities at its own chicken farm, and uses rare parts of the bird that are not available on the general market.They use the highest quality brand of chicken, "Kagura Chicken," which is slowly raised on pesticide-free feed in the abundant natural environment of Miyazaki. The chicken is several times more tender than regular chicken, and has a much richer flavor.
